This is a set of digital banner ads for an employer seeking passive and active job seekers. The instructions requested that the ad was to be animated and the client uploaded several images for us to use.
The images that were given top us were not the most interactive and dynamic and I felt that I could come up with a little more interesting take on this design by taking an illustrated approach to the imagery.
I kept the color pallet to primary colors to fit in with their logo as well as to mimic the scholastic feel of the ad.

One of the challenges I faced in this build was finding a way to fit all of the copy they required to be in the ad. I used different fonts and font weights to separate the information sections in the ad.
For the animation, since the employment is for bus drivers and attendants, I chose to tell a story where the bus is picking up kids at the bus stop and taking them to school. It adds a sense of interactive humor and fun to a digital ad and feels more engaging to the prospective employee.
